Frequently Asked Questions

What affiliate networks are supported? ▾
All of them. PostbackServer accepts standard HTTP/S postback calls. Built-in templates for MaxBounty, ClickBank, Commission Junction, Impact, Awin, Admitad, and PartnerStack. Custom parameter mapping for any other network.
How does deduplication work? ▾
We store each click_id + event_type combination in Redis (fast lookup) and MySQL (persistent) for 30 days. Any duplicate postback for the same click_id is silently ignored and logged.
What happens if a platform forward fails? ▾
Failed forwards go into a retry queue with exponential backoff — retried at 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 1 hour, and 4 hours. You can see failed forwards in your dashboard.
Is my data secure? ▾
Yes. Each account is completely isolated with a unique token. Ad platform credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then automatically downgrades to Free.
