What affiliate networks are supported? ▾
All of them. PostbackServer accepts standard HTTP/S postback calls. Built-in templates for MaxBounty, ClickBank, Commission Junction, Impact, Awin, Admitad, and PartnerStack. Custom parameter mapping for any other network.
How does deduplication work? ▾
We store each click_id + event_type combination in Redis (fast lookup) and MySQL (persistent) for 30 days. Any duplicate postback for the same click_id is silently ignored and logged.
What happens if a platform forward fails? ▾
Failed forwards go into a retry queue with exponential backoff — retried at 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 1 hour, and 4 hours. You can see failed forwards in your dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my monthly conversion limit? ▾
Unlike other platforms that throw away your data, we never lose a single conversion. If you exceed your limit, new conversions are securely stored in your database as "Pending Upgrade". The moment you upgrade your plan, we instantly backfill and forward all pending data to your ad networks so your pixel learning doesn't miss a beat.
Is my data secure? ▾
Yes. Each account is completely isolated with a unique token. Ad platform credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then automatically downgrades to Free.
