We provide a Free Plan so you can fully test and evaluate PostbackFlow's features and compatibility before upgrading to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to evaluate our services before making a purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your initial paid subscription plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing page in your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your active subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent cycle.
